Gluten Free Protein Bites
 
I LOVE these! Great for on the GO snacks! They are perfect for the athletic man in you life too! My hubby very much enjoys these!
 
1 cup Old Fashioned Oatmeal
1/2 cup Smooth Peanut Butter
1/3 cup Honey
1 cup Coconut Flakes
1/2 cup Chia Seeds
1/2 cup Mini Chocolate Chips
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
 
Mix all together and form into balls. Then put them in the fridge for approximately 30 minutes.
 
ENJOY!
