Gluten Free Soft Sugar Cookie Recipe

I ENJOY making these yummy sugar cookies with my kids, they love cutting the cookies out and I love seeing them roll out the dough!

1 cup Sugar

1 cup Sour Cream

1/2 cup Butter

3 cups Bob's Red Mill 1 to 1 Baking Flour

1 tsp. Baking Soda

2 tsp. Baking Powder

1/2 tsp. Salt

1 Egg

Mix all ingredients together, you may need more flour if it is too doughy! Roll out on floured surface and cut out cookies!

BAKE at 350 degrees for 17 minutes! ENJOY!

These are Soft and so YUMMY!
